How long does HVAC installation take?
Most residential HVAC installations are completed in one day — typically 4 to 8 hours. Mini split installations can be faster (2–4 hours per zone), while installations requiring significant ductwork modifications may take two days. We give you a clear timeline during your estimate.
Is a heat pump a good choice for Southern Maryland?

What brands do you install?
We install all major HVAC brands and can source systems across a range of efficiency tiers and price points. During your estimate we'll recommend the brand and model that best fits your home, budget, and long-term efficiency goals — not just the most expensive option.
Do you remove and dispose of the old system?
Yes. Old equipment removal and disposal is included in every unit change-out and full system installation. We handle everything — you don't need to arrange separate disposal.
What does an HVAC install cost?
There is no cookie cutter way to answer that question. Prices can range from a diagnostic call to a minor repair to a full replacement.
What I can say is we have not raised our prices in over 8 years to keep cost low for the clients. Doing the "right" thing means more that making profits.
You will see other companies offer "gimmick" prices of $29.00-$49.00, etc. for and inspection - those companies will enter your door at that initial cost, knowing they will be walking away with some kind of costly repair for several hundred dollars up to a full replacement of thousands of dollars.
We do not operate that way, Honesty - we will always be diligent and truthful - no gimmicks - just pure honesty. As one of our clients just stated - "I love you guys, "You watch out for my dollars like they were yours!". It's true, we do! Let's face it we all have felt the pinch over the years, we love our clients and our community, we try hard to keep prices reasonable and go that extra mile.
What is the process for HVAC repair or replacement if I'm not sure what I need?
